President and Head Interior and Furniture designer of Plush Home Inc., a full-service interior design firm and furniture manufacturing line based out of its Melrose Avenue showroom in West Hollywood, California, Nina Petronzio has an international clientele which ranges throughout the United States, Europe, and Asia.

Known for her elegant, transitional designs, Nina tailors each of her projects to suit the individual tastes of every client. “I am constantly inspired by my client’s personal tastes and interests and pride myself on being able to express their individuality through my eyes,” she says of her approach to design.

From single rooms to major estates, Nina’s diverse portfolio includes the complete remodel of an actors 15,000 square foot Beverly Hills ranch style residence, adding a new wing to a powerhouse attorney’s charming New England style cottage, Brillstein Entertainment’s contemporary-chic New York office in the Tribeca Building, Leonardo DiCaprio’s production offices in Los Angeles, and a renovation and design of a charming 1800’s London residence.

Nina’s Plush Home team is comprised of seasoned designers, architects, landscape artists, and contractors that have worked cohesively under her guidance for the past decade to create warm, inviting spaces that have her unmistakable touch of understated elegance.

In her full scale projects, there literally isn't a single electric socket that is not specified. The firm’s goal with every job is to outline all particulars beforehand. Every surface, paint color, and kitchen appliance is specified for the licensed contractor so that the actual building phase is conducted accurately, smoothly, without confusion and without last-minute change-orders.

For clients with residences in the Los Angeles area, an in-house Plush Home staff contractor is available for renovations and build-outs. For these in-house jobs, Nina’s firm provides complete project management throughout the entire contracting phase and assures a high level of attention to craftsmanship and detail. Projects range from kitchen and bathroom renovations to outdoor living spaces and industry screening rooms.

While each project varies in style and usage, the one constant is a classic yet updated sensibility, a loyalty to clean lines, and a choice of exquisite materials. Daughter of renowned sculptor Robertino Petronzio, Nina cites her European roots and artist family background as a basis for her work.
